Sick of being ghosted, haunted, and breadcrumbed? Thumb tired from swiping left? Bored of dating apps? We've got the show for you.
Pulling With My Parents is a brand new dating show coming to RTÉ that will follow young singles from all over the country who are stuck on the merry-go-round of bad dates. If you're hoping to crack the cupid conundrum, we've got the magic - and most Irish - solution: ask your mammy to do it for you.
Parents of disgruntled millennials will be asked to roll up their sleeves to find their little darlings a date the old fashioned way. As well as a crash course in emojis and selfies, the parents will plan some more traditional solutions. Will a small ad in the Farmer’s journal be just the ticket? Is there plenty of talent at the GAA club or do one of the neighbours have a niece just home from Australia?
This warm and funny series will explore the deepest corners of the generation gap, enjoy some old fashioned romance with a side of cringe and endeavour to answer the age-old question, does mum really know best?
