With just two more weigh-ins for the four remaining leaders on Operation Transformation, the pressure is on to meet as many of their goals as possible, but we're relieved to see our hardworking leaders taking some time to cool off, as well.
Last night's episode saw Paul Murphy from Sligo take a dip in the ocean, having heard that the weather in Ireland was to be as hot as the French Riviera. Given how stressed and overwhelmed Paul was just a few weeks ago, seeing him and his wife frolicking in the water and having fun was genuinely heartwarming.
When Paul heard the weather in Ireland this week is set to be as hot as the French Riviera he lost the plot!! 🏊♂️🏝🤪

The leaders were all in reflective moods, no doubt influenced by leader Jean Tierney's exit from the show last week after learning she was seven weeks pregnant. Her emotional exit was a joyful one for the other leaders and viewers, as Jean has lost two children to miscarriage and ill health already.
Paul was particularly emotional, contemplating how life-changing this process has been for him.

Pamela Swayne from Youghal, Co Cork weighed in at 13st 1lb last week, with a target set for 2lbs to be lost this week. She didn't lose any weight but she didn't gain any, either, so her weight remained the same.
Cathal Gallagher from Ballyshannon, Co Donegal had a brilliant week last week, as he lost 11lbs with a weigh in at 23st 11.5lbs. His target for this week was 3lbs and he once again surpassed that, losing 5.5lbs and weighing in at 23st 6lbs.
Paul Murphy from Tubbercurry, Co Sligo weighed in at 17st 9lbs last week, with a target set for 3lbs this week. He just missed it by a hair, losing 2.5lbs for a new weight of 17st 6.5lbs.
Siobhan O’Brien from Dublin weighed in at 15st 13lbs with a target set for 2lbs. She met this target dead on, leaving her with a new weight of 15st 11lbs.
