My Other Life is the story of a group of friends who discovered, through initially sharing stories on the internet, that they had much more in common than they ever thought.
First-time director Edvinas Maciulevicius has captured a series of powerful, real-life stories from young people in their early 20s, about their own mental health struggles.
They ask: what can Irish society do to better understand a world in which depression, anxiety and mental health issues have become far too prevalent?
