We caught up with Doireann Garrihy to hear all about her exciting new TV projects, her advice to Leaving Cert students and what the stylish social media star will be wearing to Electric Picnic.
She began by telling us about her latest big news with two of RTÉ's biggest stars - Podge and Rodge.
"I got a call eight weeks ago to meet Podge and Rodge and see how I got on and as soon as I walked in the door and met them it didn't even feel like it was a test or an audition. We had such good craic for about half an hour. It felt like about three minutes."
"I just felt like if I get this, I'll be the happiest girl ever. It felt so right. We had such good fun. We were on the same vibe. I'm so excited for it to come back and obviously give it a new lease of life."
But that's not the only thing Doireann will be starring in next season on RTÉ. The Doireann Project is coming to TV following its recent successful pilot. Two episodes of the RTÉ Player series will be featured on RTÉ2.
"It'll be out in autumn. We're still in the cutting room. It's important to get it right. That's kind of my baby and it was my first intro into RTÉ," she said.
So get ready for some of Dzoireann's best impersonations as well as a few new characters we haven't met before.

The social media guru has been busy reassuring some of her young followers over the disappointment of their Leaving Cert results, she even shared some of her top tips with us.
"I think there's a means to get anywhere if you look hard enough and if you're passionate enough about it. It's all about waiting it out. Patience is a massive thing and there's so much time to figure out what you want to do and in the meantime keep yourself busy and say yes to everything."
I got 505 points in the #LeavingCert and went to Trinity. 8 years on, I post impressions on social media and do a radio show with polls like "Burritos or Tacos? Text us now!" for a living. You’ll be ab. solu. tely fine.

As well as all of this, the RTÉ star is eagerly waiting for Electric Picnic, like the rest of us. She shared some of her tips for having the best possible time and looking fab.
"I try to steer clear of the glitter. That doesn't work for me. It gets stuck in hair and I think the simpler the better. Even if it's an all-black [look]: black jeans, a black jacket and a cool belt, you're sorted."
For Doireann, comfort and warmth are key.
