Dublin Tech Summit was on in the Convention Centre and one of the first events to take place was organised by Harvey Nash and Girls in Tech in the snazzy new Innovation Centre in KBC's HQ.
The event was held to launch a brand new mentorship programme, namely Stepping Up - Get more info here.
Our own Taragh Loughrey-Grant attended the event to host a panel discussion where Maeve MacEnri, Director of HR at KBC Bank Ireland, Dr Andrew Power, VP for Equality and Diversity & Registrar at IADT and Claire Bauden, VP Product Design at Global Payments discussed mentoring - sharing their own experiences, the benefits and the challenges.
We recorded the event as part of The Hourglass Series which will be aired on a special programme on RTÉ Radio 1 Extra and on The LifeStyle Show podcast. Listen back to the show here.
