The latest Room to Improve aired on Sunday night however the programme is still trending as people catch up on life and get back to work after the bank holiday weekend. If you saw the programme, you'll know why. If not, here you go...
Ta dah...the end result...
The show isn't just popular on telly...
#Roomtoimprove starting now . Me waiting on the Twitter comments pic.twitter.com/WYIQUpd6bO

And the ACTUAL budget is...
As regular viewers of the show will know, it is a rare thing if the projects ever come in on budget and even more rare is the total being lower than expected. The result? A lot of stress, anxiety and TV gold.
Things more likely to happen than Dermot sticking to the budget:

- Being struck by lightning after winning the lotto
- Finding Shergar
- Mayo winning Sam #roomtoimprove
Bob's job is safe...
John the builder didn't exactly win over the viewers if Twitter is anything to go by: -
I do not like this builder @DermotBannon #RoomToImprove

#roomtoimprove I’m glad he plugged his company so much so now I can ensure I never use them

I’m guessing this is another #RoomToImprove in which the builder won’t be drinking Prosecco at the reveal party...

However, he has fans...
In defense of John the Builder tonight, he recently did a job for our family in Ringsend and finished in lighting time to a great standard. He’s a busy man but gets things done. #roomtoimprove

Late to the party...
As Ryan Tubridy rightly pointed out this morning on RTÉ Radio 1, the programme makes for great viewing and he's a relatively recent convert. He's not alone - thousands of new viewers have joined the dedicated followers of the show this season and are loving it.
Doireann Garrihy tweeted:-
