First Dates Ireland returns to RTÉ 2 with some unexpected revelations, drama, and diversity, we’ll meet Marilyn Monroe fans and Mormons, surfer dudes and a male stripper.
We are absolutely obsessed with this dating show so we were only delighted to find out that we Irish are "the best" at dating according to Croatian Maitre D' Mateo Saina.
"They're the best. I would say they are very, very, good.
He added: "They are very spontaneous and go with the flow, they go with the feeling so yeah, I would say they are very good."
This season, Mateo will welcome the restaurant’s first transsexual dater, first deaf dater, and a brand new staff member in the form of the charming waiter, Pete Ungless along with waitress Alice Marr and bartender Ethan Miles.
This season is sure to be a treat as daters return to The Gibson Hotel to find true love.
