With a brand new season of Operation Transformation on the table for 2018 and a wedding to plan, Kathryn says 2018 is going to be busy, to say the least.
"2018, for me, is going to be a busy year. We have a wedding sort of penciled in at the end of the year but obviously this [her pregnancy] has come in the middle of everything, which we're delighted about, so baby has to take priority so we're just going to play it by ear.
"Maybe make a plan in January and see if we're going to push the wedding out or bring it forward... everything sort of revolves around the baby at the minute, that's our priority. We'll figure it out."
Last month, Operation Transformation host Kathryn Thomas posted a photo to her Instagram (above) of her two pups along with the news of her pregnancy. You can read about Kathryn's baby news here.
"A little announcement. Excited to let you know myself & Padraig are adding to our little family. We're over the moon and I feel extremely blessed that I'm pregnant.
"Our next baby might not be as hairy or have a tail like these two but will be equally as cute. Roll on Springtime 2018"
While Kathryn and Padraig count down to their new arrival, some other family members will have to adjust to the inevitable changes a baby brings - her two dogs!
"My dogs are my life. They were there before Padraig, they were there before this baby," she laughed.
"We bought an outside kennel - they've never been outside before, they're part of the house - so we're kind of weaning them that they have to spend a couple of hours a day outside and they're just being really defiant.
"Like, it was lashing rain and the two of them are refusing to get into this house that I spent €350 on because I think they know something is up so that's going to be a little bit of a transition"
