Last night on GBBO, our remaining bakers were challenged with a week of 'Forgotten Bakes'. The episode kept viewers on the edge of their seats with handshakes, heartbreaks and baking havoc.
Who was star baker?
Mum of three Stacey Hart brought home star baker this week. Despite a "leaky clanger issue"and a broken oven, Sophie won the judges over with her homemade macaroons, madeleines and meringues. Her showstopper even earned her a Hollywood Handshake.

Who went home?
Nineteen-year-old Liam Charles was sent home this week thanks to his raw Rum Nicky technical challenge and dissolving spun sugar on his showstopper.

Many fans questioned why Kate has remained in the running despite multiple mishaps. On last night's episode she served up a clanger that had dropped to the floor and fans were unimpressed.
