When celebs use their celebrity to do a little good, its a nice thing. When they use their celebrity to help people, fellow mums, now that's a lil' thing of beauty.

The model-turned-foodie previously received positive press for speaking openly and honestly about suffering from postnatal depression. Her actions to go public on something so private, shone a light on the issue, helping others to do the same.

Her latest refreshingly honest action? The working mum, who published her first cookbook Cravings last year, took to Twitter: "I am having a very rough day and it would help me a lot if any moms would like to share stories of their kids being mean to them."

Her daughter, Luna is one-years-old and as every mum of an energetic toddler knows, as beautiful as that age is, there are still challenges along the road. What was the response from her dedicated followers? First of all, by the time we're publishing this, the message received over 77,000 likes, almost 5k retweets and almost 8k comments!

People were keen to share some of their own findings and here are some hilarious tweets: -

"My 4 year old son asked me why I was putting on makeup and I said "To make me look pretty". He replied "I don't think it's working"."

And again...!

"When my son was 4, he told me me hair was an abomination. Stunned, I asked him what that meant. He said "something I don't like."

The story about this 20-month-old is both brilliant, hilarious and terrifying!

"Last week, my 20 month old offered me a bite of her food. As I went to accept it, she snatched it back & are it. When I made a sad face

"she lifted her tiny pudgy fists to her eyes and slowly rotated them while saying "wah wah wah" at me"

And finally, summing up the feelings of many...

"Parenting is rough. It's an emotional rollercoaster of frustration, exhaustion, bliss, and overwhelming love. Thanks for being real about it"
