While squeezing into a pair of Spanx on a Saturday night may feel far from fabulous, one major Irish model has just shown that she shares in that same struggle.
Model, presenter and DJ Vogue Williams proved that she is just like us when she posted an image of herself wearing figure sculpting underwear to social media.
The former Fade Street star is well known for her fabulous figure and stunning style, so her honest post offers reassurance to the rest of us that celebrities also struggle to slip into slim dresses.
Williams shared a photo on her Instagram account showing her in a black strapless bra and black spanks which she titled, "The reality of wearing really tight dresses".
Usually, a mix of fashion and fitness with a healthy dose of tasty treats, William's Instagram account paints a portrait of a luxurious life.
Williams is not the first celebrity lauded for uploading what has been dubbed as an "honest post".
Girl's creator Lena Dunham, reality TV star Kylie Jenner and comedy legend Mindy Kaling have also previously uploaded images of themselves sporting Spanx.
When it comes to honest posts, Instagram is largely the medium of choice as its emphasis on images, sends a strong visual message.

With an ever-increasing pressure to live up to celebrity standards of beauty, it feels as though we can breathe a collective sigh of relief when a model or actress shows a behind the scenes pic like this one.
