The Tweet has been picked up by media outlets including the BBC, Mashable, Buzzfeed, Mashable UK and the Huffington Post ZA.
The comedian told RTÉ LifeStyle how her viral worthy tweeting came about, not that she ever thought it would gain her "so much attention":
I think it's important to be able to talk about big issues - like trumps...government the way you'd talk about anything with your friends. You can make a serious point with jokes.
What inspired you to write the Beyonce tweet?
I was on the bus and saw that Beyoncé was pregnant with twins. I thought 'I bet there's not even two black people in trumps cabinet' - I googled it and I was correct and the tweet was born!
What is your reaction to it going Viral?
It was very flattering and nice. I'm glad it cheered people up.
Why do you think it resonated with people?
I think people are filled with so much frustration and anger.
What do you think about the BBC picking up on it?
I never expected it! I love comedy so much. I truly think a good joke can change the world so I'm flattered people liked mine.
I am on tour with my Edinburgh show and back to my real passion - teaching myself Little Mix dance routines on YouTube.
