Dermot Bannon will be on The Late Late Show to tee up the brand new season of Room to Improve this Sunday, 23 of January, 9:30pm RTÉ One. Several complicated projects, one headstrong architect and a new addition will make for an interesting series!

Ireland's favourite architect has seven exciting new projects ahead of him from suburban semi-ds to beautiful bungalows and crumbling cottages.

He won't be alone though as a brand new Room to Improve member and quantity surveyor Lisa O'Brien will be on the scene to help Dermot meet his client's high expectations without going over budget.

This season of Room to Improve will introduce us to a couple who have invested a lifetime of savings into a cottage that's falling apart; a farmer who has set out to build himself a home by the seaside and a young couple who dream of transforming an old farmhouse into something spectacular.

You can watch Dermot Bannon tonight, Friday 27th of January at 9:35 pm on The Late Late Show on RTÉ One.

Tune into brand new Room to Improve at 9:30 pm on RTÉ One on Sunday, 29th of January.
