OK, so we have gone from relaxing Childs Pose to heating Chair Pose today! It’s Day 9 of the ‘12 Poses of Christmas’. You are well warmed up for this now! Breathe! Please keep your knees out over your feet, do not let your knees drop in to meet each other. Place a chair behind you if you need to. In position, stay there for 6 deep breaths or longer.
