Physically, what’s it good for?
- Flexes and extends the spine
- Strengthens the arms
- Builds lung capacity – especially utilises the back of the lungs
Safe and relaxing, cat/cow pose is another pose I recommend daily. It’s so easy to get on your hands and knees once a day and give it a go. Put a pillow under your knees if you prefer. Once in position, stay there for 6 deep breaths or longer. Have a go and let me know what you think.
