Physically, what’s it good for?
- Balance.
- Core, spinal health.
Balance poses should be practiced daily to benefit. Even when you’re doing something mundane, like waiting for the kettle to boil! Try to balance every day for a few minutes to improve. Try to keep your hips level. Once in position, stay there for 6 deep breaths and ensure you keep your toes and feet relaxed. Have a go, both sides, and let me know what you think.
