Tánaiste Frances Fitzgerald has confirmed that Santa Claus has been cleared to travel in Irish airspace this Christmas.
Fine Gael TD Jim Daly raised the very important issue of Santa Claus’ travel permit.
Referring to the Irish Aviation Authority Act, he asked if the Government had agreed a proposal this year to grant Santa Claus a permit for travel over and around the country.
