Why We Love...Wes Anderson's magical Christmas ad

Are you allowed love someone you have never met? I love Wes Anderson or at the very least, his style. His latest work, this Christmas ad for H&M has been added to the list.

With only a couple of sleeps to go until the Late Late Toy Show the ad, Come Together, is another step in the right direction to get and keep the Christmas spirit building.

From Rushmore (1998) to The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) to The Darjeeling Limited (2007) to Fantastic Mr Fox (2009) to The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) and everything in between - his colourful, quirky, original, humorous, thought-provoking work never disappoints. This festive short (3.53 minutes) is no different and stars Anderson regular, Adrien Brody as a train driver charged with breaking the news to passengers on Christmas Eve that the train is running late.

However there is a little twist in the tale...watch and see.

How nice is that? Very different to the uber sweet or commercially pushy campaigns that are out there. It could be for anything and yet you remember afterwards without a bad taste in your mouth. Slick, heartfelt, colourful and memorable. Very Mr W.A.
