We caught up with Jennifer at the launch of the second series of her show Bridget and Eamon which starts tonight, Monday 14th November, at 9:30pm on RTÉ 2. The broadcaster, actress, writer and mum knows how to keep herself busy and Christmas will be no exception!
Jennifer married long term partner Lau Zamparelli in 2014 and said that Christmas was always a busy affair travelling between Ireland and the UK to visit in-laws but since having baby Florence in 2015 the working mum is more than happy to stay put. "It's a great excuse not to have to go to the in-laws" she quipped.
"Since I've had Florence, I now have the excuse that oh, I have a child so I'm not leaving my house...even though, she's too young to kind of realise what's going on."

So who cooks Christmas dinner in the Zamperelli household? Definitely Lau. "I'm a terrible host" confesses the actress. Jennifer insists that she fails miserably when it comes to entertaining.
"I would be lying if I said I did Christmas dinner, Lau does a massive spread, he does absolutely everything, and I'm the pour-er of the wine".
