In this new online show exclusive to RTÉ Player, Chef Adrian searches for the best places to find the food he loves, visits the restaurant to get the inside track and then shows you how to make his own version on his BBQ Balcony. Episode one (the pilot) sees Adrian ask his fans to nominate their favourite place in Ireland for chicken wings. With Elephant & Castle in Dublin coming out on top, he heads off to the BBQ Balcony joined by self confessed lover of chicken wings, 2FM Breakfast Republic’s Keith Walsh, to show the hungry crowd how to make his own version of Elephant & Castle’s infamous chicken wings. As Can't Cope, Won't Cope continues, Aisling (Seána Kerslake) makes an impromptu visit to her homeplace Mallow at the behest of her mother (Norma Sheahan), who has some bracing news to impart. To distract herself she decides to dredge up the past with an old flame who drops yet another dose of reality. Aisling, not knowing what else to do, goes on an inter-county bender and quickly realizes that you can run from your problems but you can’t hide.
