Pippa O'Connor is a fashion, beauty and style blogger as well as a mum of two and author of Pippa: Simple Tips to Live Beautifully. The model turned business woman recently attended Centra's Live Well campaign along with Sybil Mulcahy, Dietician Sarah Keogh, Irish Cancer Society Naomi Fitzgibbon and RTÉ reporter Evelyn O'Rourke in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness. 

Pippa spoke to RTÉ Lifestyle as to how she stays healthy while balancing her commitments of both work and home.
