He had 65 Roses to play host to this year but that wasn’t all…then he had to face six of this year’s Rose Buds.
Aged between six and 10 the Rose Buds grilled Dáithí with some of the most direct and honest questions he’s ever had to answer! Nothing was off the table from where he keeps his beard to the craziest thing he’s ever done and even a whoopee cushion was commandeered for the occasion.

The interview is part of RTÉ Player’s Rose of Tralee collection, which also features a look back at the winners and hosts of the Rose of Tralee through the years, as well as the top moments of last year’s festival.
