The mum-of-one was emotional during the weigh in where she was expected to lose 3lbs but instead lost half a pound – the situation wasn’t helped by the fact that she also fell short of her target last week.

When OT expert Dr Ciara Kelly highlighted that she hasn’t hit her target two weeks in a row, Lucy responded: “Honestly, I have stuck to everything to a T, training wise and everything.”
However when asked by the experts about her sleep pattern which does impact weight loss, she said: “I am tired, I just shut down.”

She added: "This week I could just feel it in my body that I genuinely was shutting down. I was just tired, I was a lot sorer. Last night, I was waking up every hour and a half, I don’t know why".
Dr Eddie Murphy tells her that operating without adequate sleep is very impactful on mood and energy levels and it is something that they will help her with.
Elsewhere Clare Scanlan was in flying form when she exceeded her target for the week, losing four pounds instead of three – doubt that made Lucy feel any better about her weigh in:
