Robbie Keane made his premiership debut for Coventry this afternoon, and he made quite an impression. The young Dubliner scored twice on his first outing for the Sky Blues. His first came two minutes before half-time at Highfield Road, and the £6million teenager struck again in the 67th minute to give Coventry the points against Darby and round off an incredible start in the top flight.
Elsewhere troubled Newcastle United were at home to Wimbledon, and Aston Villa missed out on the opportunity to go top of the table when they were beaten by Chelsea.
