It's Christmas in the Skehan household and Donal has four festive recipes for a very merry Christmas.
First we have a showstopper which is not the traditional turkey or ham, it’s a Spicy Christmas Pork Shoulder which is definitely going to have the family talking.
Next, Donal is making Kids' Christmas Cookies with the help of his son Noah, the perfect treat that you can also use as decorations for the Christmas tree.
Then we are making waffles, with poached eggs and a delicious hollandaise sauce, a Christmas Brunch which will keep you going.
To finish, one for the adults, a Boozy Meringue Cake with sparklers – the only way to finish a spectacular Christmas day.
