Limerick-born, LA-based, Chef Stuart O'Keefe flew home to Ireland for Taste of Dublin earlier this month where he showed off some mouthwatering dishes including his Baja shrimp tacos.

Stuart, who is well known for his appearances on the Food Network, spoke to us about his love for Taste of Dublin and shared his absolute favourite meal.
"I love spare ribs, I love to make my own spare ribs, I love to go out for spare ribs", says Stuart.
