So what exactly will be happening each day? We're glad you asked!

Tuesday
Over the three days, it’ll be all action with Kevin Dundon showing how to make delicious breakfast pancakes. Following that, the Happy Pear guys will be giving Morning Filler ideas and Martin Shanahan will be cooking up some novel fish dishes. And to end the day, treat yourself to a baking masterclass with Sharon Herane Smith.

Wednesday
Starting Wednesday is Martin Shanahan with some smoked salmon breakfast dishes, an Inspiring Foodies cooking demo, followed by Kevin Dundon’s new masterclass with Hampshire Pork. Rounding off the day will be The Happy Pear guys with a live Q&A session on healthy kids’ snacks.

Thursday
SuperValu will kick off the last day of the event with healthy breakfasts. Kevin Dundon will be doing a scrumptious Sunday roast pork dinner. Thursday’s lunchtime slot is going to be an all-star event, with the likes of Bernard Brogan, Anna Geary and Daniel Davey on hand to talk about kids’ lunch boxes and tummy fillers, followed by Bernard and Daniel talking about nutrition for athletes.

Kevin is back to close the final day of the three day cooking extravaganza by showing how you can feed the gang mid-week, with healthy meal ideas and tips that anyone can do!
