On RTÉ Food we need little encouragement to support healthier options for all, especially ones that work for families and lunchboxes. Simon explained to us why he got involved with the campaign, why he’s encouraging people to try different ham recipes (see recipes below) and he has a favour to ask...what the video below for more.
