The Tayto Cookies are creating quite a stir and the lads behind them, The Cupcake Bloke[s] are working hard to keep up with demand.
Where can you get your hands on some? "You can buy a pack of two large cookies for €2.50 in our market stall on Coppinger Row in Dublin 2, beside Powerscourt Town House," Daithi Kelleher told RTÉ Food.
"Graham who does all the cooking and baking has had this idea for a while and he has been working on it and finally cracked the recipe. It's taken a while but people are loving these cookies."
The timing couldn't be any better either, with less than four weeks to go until Christmas: "We're getting enquiries from all over the country and also abroad from the UK and Germany.
"People at home are keen to post them overseas too in their Christmas boxes, along with all the usuals like Tayto and teabags, whether Barrys and Lyons is their bag of choice!"
