Soups are perfect for lunch or as a starter before a heftier main course, and are very easy to put together. They are also a great way to use up left-over ingredients, and a big pot can last the family for days – saving you both time and money.

Year-Round Green Vegetable Soup

This nutritious recipe works all year round. Smooth, silky and full of goodness, you’ll never get tired of this vibrant green soup! We’ve gone with spinach as the main ingredient, but you can switch it up with finely chopped green cabbage, watercress, diced courgettes or cucumbers, dark green lettuce leaves...the choice is endless. Rich Tomato Shellfish Soup
