Kinara Kitchen will be back at Electric Picnic this year, offering their signature Pakistani and Eastern street food style cuisine. This is their third time catering the festival, having won the Judges’ Award in 2013 and the Picnickers’ Award in 2014 for their delicious dishes. Do they have big plans for this year?
“Obviously this year the picnic is bigger so we’ve kind of ramped it up a bit,” said Sean Collender, co-owner and manager of Kinara Kitchen.
“We cook everything fresh, we’ve a deal with suppliers that what [isn’t used] can go back...We’ve eighteen staff down here working a long day.”
Collender said that their barbeque food is the perfect fit for Electric Picnic, and they’re looking forward to having a good time.
