Continuing fashion's love affair with distinguished older men lately, Steve Buscemi has made his own foray into the modelling world as the face of fashion label Kith's latest campaign.

Hot on the tails of the likes of Prada recruiting stars such as Jeff Goldblum and Kyle MacLachlan to model their latest designs, Buscemi is the latest famous face to bring his presence onscreen to a fashion shoot.

With a CV already more varied than most people, never mind actors, Buscemi can add "model" to his list of achievements, which include fireman, ice cream truck driver and more.

The Fargo star was revealed as the face of Kith's Spring 2022 campaign in a dazzling series of photos released on their Instagram page. With GQ's Jim Moore on board as Creative Director for the shoot, the images instantly went viral online.

The 64-year-old icon smouldered in the images, posing in a room full of wildflowers wearing looks that included a cloud-patterned jacket and jeans, a floral white denim suit and a range of bucket hats and cardigans.

It's bang on brand for the beloved actor, who throughout his career has walked the line between intimidatingly somber and charmingly tender, and followers wasted no time in showering Buscemi with love.

"I will be buying the entire collection now purely because of this", one follower commented. Meanwhile, popular New York City creator @newyorknico arguably put it best: "Damn he looks hot."

Hollywood's leading men have frequently crossed over into the fashion world with great success, and Steve, Jeff and Kyle are just a few of the actors who have left their mark on the fashion industry.

In 2012 Prada invited a number of actors to walk in its FW show, namely Adrien Brody, Gary Oldman and Willem Dafoe who were all dressed in a range of sophisticated ensembles, which is still referenced today as a standout fashion show.

Who can we expect to pop up in a fashion show or campaign next? We're putting our money (and hopes) on Bill Murray.
