The 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night, celebrating both excellence in American television and the first time in two years that the ceremony has taken place as an in-person event.

So it was no surprise that, once again, the stars pulled out all the stops for the big night. From Dior Haute Couture and Valentino, to Vera Wang and Louis Vuitton, it was like a mini LA fashion week. But one designer we were thrilled to see represented on the red carpet was our own Simone Rocha.

Aidy Bryant, a celebrated actress, writer and comedian with Saturday Night Live, stepped out in a stunning design by the brand, which had all the romantic and feminine staples of a Simone Rocha look.

Bryant wore a custom midi dress made of layers of tulle in a rich olive green shade and accented with delicately embroidered red and pink flowers. To add to the dramatic silhouette, the dress featured voluminous sleeves accented with frills, and a high neckline.

Styled by Rebecca Grice, Bryant added an opulent red headpiece, red bead earrings, a handbag made from red glass beads and a pair of open-toed platform heels.

Her hair and makeup echoed the old world feel of the dress, with a bold red lip tying the outfit together, and a graphic cateye look adding even more drama. Her hair was styled into long textured waves that framed her face, and kept the outfit looking modern and fresh.
