Laura Whitmore is continuing to prove that dressing up while pregnant can be exactly as chic as you make it.
The Irish star has always been one of our major style inspirations, with an eye for sharp tailoring, bold prints, dazzling colour combinations and a glamorous take on the rock girl look.
Since announcing her pregnancy, Whitmore hasn't let style take a back seat. In fact, she's letting it shine all the more for her changing frame.

Her most recent look is just more proof of exactly that, looking stunning in a full gingham look from the new and highly coveted Simone Rocha x H&M capsule collection, which she says was gifted to her.
Writing on Instagram, the presenter and writer said, "You may have noticed I haven't exactly been into traditional maternity wear".
"I like fashion and being pregnant doesn't change that. Anything I've added to my wardrobe have been pieces I hope to wear long term not just for a few months and then waste (and maternity wear tends to be boring) It’s just about finding the right shapes."

When it comes to shapes, her Simone Rocha look certainly delivered. The stunning dress featured an all-over gingham print in red and white, cut in a flattering full-skirted silhouette with a cinched in waist. The sleeveless design features a high neckline and asymmetrical hem falling to just above the knee and ending in a romantic ruffle.
The feminine details continued with a ruffle down the side from one sleeve and a striking pearl accent on the hem.
Whitmore completed the look with a pair of sky-high platform peep-toe heels in vivid scarlet worn over a pair of white socks accented with a white satin bow. These details made the look, making for a sweet and feminine but edgy and modern look.

Whitmore joins other stars like the Today Show's Sinéad Kennedy proving that maternity fashion doesn't have to be all flowing floral dresses, oversized tops and stretchy jeans. A little creativity and awareness of silhouettes goes a long way, and ensures you can still wear your new pieces after the baby comes.
And leave it to Laura Whitmore to dress better than us while growing a literal human!
