The 60th Annual Grammy Awards took place at Madison Square Garden in New York City last night. Miley Cyrus, Chrissy Teigen, Lady Gaga and more rocked the red carpet - check out their looks in our gallery above.

The trend of the night?
Following the black dress protest of the Golden Globes, white roses were worn by numerous celebs including Anna Kendrick, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Kelly Clarkson.

Voices in Entertainment, an advocacy group led by Meg Harkins of Roc Nation and Karen Rait of Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records, wrote an open letter to those in the music industry just days before the Awards ceremony urging them to wear white roses.

"As we are inspired by the #timesup campaign, we are encouraging the artists that we work with and our colleagues attending the 60th Annual Grammy Awards in New York City to wear a white rose to the ceremony on Sunday, January 28th.

We choose the white rose because historically it stands for hope, peace, sympathy, and resistance. Please join us in support of equal representation in the workplace, for leadership that reflects the diversity of our society, workplaces free of sexual harassment and a heightened awareness of accountability that our sisters started on January 1st and continued through the Golden Globes and onward."

Showstopper?
Lady Gaga was undoubtedly the showstopper on the Grammys red carpet. The singer looked incredible in an Armani Privé gown with the largest train we have ever seen!

Surprise of the night?
Miley Cyrus has been shying away from cameras for quite some time but it seems that the Grammy Awards marks the return of the singer who slayed the red carpet in a black Jean Paul Gautier jumpsuit.
