The Galway Races are in full swing and there is some serious style on show, on Ladies Day and every day.
The Galway races are held annually in Ballybrit and a highlight alongside horse racing features, is show-stopping style. This year the event is running from Monday 31st July to Sunday 6th August.
Ladies day took place on Thursday, with Aoife McCana from Connemarra taking the top prize for her outfit topped with her own fruit bowl creation.
Ladies day was judged by Bairbre Power fashion editor at the Irish Independent, Triona Barrett of the G Hotel & Spa, TV personality Baz Ashmawy and actress Aoibhín Garrihy.
