Up for grabs is a meal for two consisting of two servings of Kevin Thornton's new bespoke Indochine curry for Camile, plus two places on Camille's Introduction to Thai cooking course worth €150.
Renowned chef Kevin Thornton has just created a bespoke curry for Camile. Kevin's exclusive, limited-edition curry - available across Camile's six Dublin branches until the end of October - is described as "rich and fruity, with an intense aroma from a blend of Indian spices specially created by Green Saffron in Cork." This sirloin of Irish beef curry is served with organic brown and wild rice and priced at €14.95.
Camile's half-day cookery courses take place in the Rathmines branch and are hosted by charming Camile manage Pamela Noonan and senior head chef Phuakchoo. You'll shop for ingredients and be guided through the preparation of three signature dishes, including a classic Thai green curry and Po Pia Sot, tasty rice paper rolls filled with poached Irish salmon. You can sit and enjoy your meal with a glass of wine!
