Ray D'Arcy: Science experiments you can do at home

It is Science Week on RTÉ and to celebrate The Ray D'Arcy Show invited Dr Sarah Hayes into the studio to show-off some science experiments that are safe to do at home.

Dr Hayes, an education and outreach officer based in University of Limerick, did an entertaining 'dancing raisin' experiment and she mixed some acid with bicarbonate of soda to get a chemical reaction. 

Ray was suitably impressive and declared, 'Science is amazing!'

Science week runs from Sunday 13th November to Sunday 20th November.
