In the first episode of What's Next? we meet young disruptors Alisha, Sophie, and Jack who are taking on the fast fashion industry.
But, they are not doing it alone! With the help of celebrity researchers of Adam Beales, Demi Isaac Oviawe, and MC Fitzpatrick the explore sustainable alternatives, upcycling, and slow fashion through visits to innovative experts.

At the workshop, the teams stitch together their fresh insights to design groundbreaking ideas. They have to present their original concepts to our judge, Irish inventor and entrepreneur Fionn Ferreira who will chose a winner.

The big pitch
- Demi and Jack present Warm-up: It's a personal furnace for winter training.
- Adam and Alisha unveil Colour-full: The Fashion Revolution, a projected necklace that animates natural fabrics.
- MC and Sophie showcase Quick Change: It's an innovative new fabric that uses tiny magnetic cubes to create instant style changes.
Fionn evaluates the pitches based on his four criteria:
- Imagination
- Achievability
- Green creds
- And could it change the world?
Whose idea will be the standout? Which team will strut its way to the Grand Final, to compete for the golden Brainbox and the chance to impress a millionaire investor?
