We can't wait for everyone to tune in to Nova Jones this Wednesday, 22 September at 5pm on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
It follows space pop superstar Nova Jones who travels on board the Jefferson Spaceship playing gigs all over the galaxy.

Nova Jones is the star of the show and the biggest star in the galaxy! She is played by singer Molly Rainford who can always hit the high notes.
Nova's on-screen sister, McLaren, is played by Grace Barkley. She is an old head on young shoulders, managing the intergalactic tour and keeping the Jefferson Spaceship on time and on course.
Also travelling the stars on board the Jefferson Spaceship are:
- The Captain played by Irish actor John Lynn, who has a robot arm named Digit.
- His excitable co-pilot Sid is played by another Irish actor - David Byrne.
- Cork's Samuel Palliser Kehoe plays Kid Songwriter.
- And we also meet messy baby/ culinary genius Chef Din-Dins (Ace Bradley Donaldson) and a crew of colourful aliens.
AND on their travels they come across showbiz journalist Bobbles Smithsonian (Christina Bennington), pop rival Johnarchy (Luke Coughlan), his manager Malcolm (Charlie Reid) and The Host of Universe Has Talent played by Irish comic Kevin McGahern.
