Kellie Harrington on why boxing is the best!

Surely you know the name at this stage! Kellie Harrington is a boxer from Dublin who is a double world medallist and now an Olympic Gold Medalist.

Boxing is great for your physical and mental health. There is a natural balance between health and wellbeing because when you get active and your mental wellbeing starts to change. Your good endorphins start to release which makes you feel happy.

Exercise with some music is a great top tip.
