The journey has only begun for the Keep It Up crew and already they are getting to meet an Irish sporting legend.
Valerie Mulcahy won TEN All-Irelands with an amazing group of Cork women and she is on the show to discuss her life on and off the pitch.
Valerie has some great words of advice for the girls on how you can use sport to learn about yourself and to boost your confidence. Sometimes the players who are brilliant on the field can be shy or be going through stuff off it.
