Drake's manager Future the Prince has said that the decision to not allow Drake's performance at Lil Wayne's Lil Weezyana Fest was his decision and that Apple did not threaten Tidal with a lawsuit should his performance have been streamed.

Apple threaten Tidal with legal action

Apple Music successfully blocked the live broadcasting of a Drake performance at Lil Wayne's Lil Weezyana Fest after warning Tidal, the festival's broadcaster, that they faced a lawsuit worth up to $20 million dollars if Drake appeared on their stream.
