Chi-Raq celebrates and berates but has no solution
Based on Aristophanes' Greek comedy, Lysistrata, Chi-Raq features a band of feisty Chicago women who withhold sexual favours from their men-folk until they lay down their weapons. It depicts the urban black plight, but offers no direction home.
