Will Smith is being tipped to play the genie, the role made famous by the late and much loved Robin Williams, in a live action version of Aladdin.
What's more the musical is set to be directed by none other than Guy Ritchie. GUY RITCHIE!!!!
The movie is the latest Disney classic to get a live-action remake, following hot on the heels of The Jungle Book and the recent box office smash Beauty and the Beast which has netted over $1bn worldwide.
The 1992 animated film featured late star Robin Williams as the fast-talking genie who grants Aladdin his three wishes.
Williams famously ad-libbed much of the movie's dialogue, and there's been persistent rumours that as a result the film was rejected for a nomination for an Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
Earlier this year it was reported that Smith was in talks to take part in the forthcoming live action remake of the 1941 animated film Dumbo, but talks apparently fell through.
It's since been reported that instead Irish actor, Colin Farrell, is in negotiations for a role in the Tim Burton movie alongside Penny Dreadful star Eva Green and Danny Devito.
He is expected to to play Holt, the widowed father of two kids of Kentucky in the movie which will feature a mix of live action and CGI animation.
