Lady Gaga has announced her new studio album, Mayhem, which will be released on Friday 7 March.
A video announcing the release showed the singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, in gothic attire with a droning synth and static noise sounding in the background.
Mayhem's third single and its video will debut during a commercial break at the Grammy Awards on Sunday.
Gaga released the single Disease last October and the Bruno Mars duet Die with a Smile in August.
Both songs will be on the new LP.
She said: "The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved."
Gaga described the record as "reassembling a shattered mirror - even if you can't put the pieces back together perfectly, you can create something beautiful and whole in its own new way".
The record is produced by the New York-born singer alongside Andrew Watt, who produced the Rolling Stones' 2023 return Hackney Diamonds, and the singer's fiancé, Michael Polansky.
Before the Grammys, Gaga will join artists including Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Stevie Nicks, and Joni Mitchell to perform at FireAid on Thursday 30 January, benefitting people impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
The Bad Romance singer has won 13 Grammys during her career.
In 2024, the singer played Harley Quinn in the Joker sequel Joker: Folie à Deux and released the album Harlequin as a companion album to the film.
