Donald Glover's new TV series based on the 2005 box office hit Mr & Mrs Smith is set to debut in early 2024, it has been announced.
The 2005 comedy thriller starred Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as married spies assigned to kill each other.
The television reboot from Amazon Studios will see the Atlanta creator and star take on the role of John Smith, while Plus One actor Maya Erskine will play Jane Smith.
As well as leading the project, Glover also co-created the series and executive produced alongside Francesca Sloane, a collaborator with Glover on Atlanta.
Prime Video recently shared a sneak peek of the series in a preview of upcoming shows, showing Glover and Erskine in their titular roles.
"Did you ever kill anyone?" Glover's John Smith asks.
"Do I look like I have?" Erskine's Jane replies.
Fleabag's Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who previously starred alongside Glover in the Star Wars spin-off: Solo: A Star Wars Story, was previously cast as Jane Smith before exiting the project over reported "creative differences".
Mr & Mrs Smith will premiere in early 2024 exclusively on Prime Video.
