As one of the most familiar faces of Irish weather retires, we take a look at meteorologist and RTÉ Weather forecaster Evelyn Cusack's career in pictures.

Evelyn Cusack is retiring today after 42 years with Met Éireann and 30 years presenting weather bulletins on RTÉ.

She became a household name with her weather forecasts on TV and radio, and for her coverage of Storm Ophelia, Storm Emma and the Beast from the East.
