EastEnders star Kellie Bright has announced that she and her husband Paul Stocker have welcomed their third child.

The Albert Square favourite shared the couple's happy news with OK! Magazine in a statement that read: "We're thrilled to announce the safe arrival of the latest addition to our family. Mum and baby are doing well."

No further details were given.

Bright, who plays Linda in EastEnders, and Stocker are also parents to sons Freddy, aged nine; and Gene, aged four.

Earlier this year, 45-year-old Bright told OK! Magazine that she had been on an IVF "roller coaster".

"The first two embryos didn't work," she explained.

"This baby inside me now was the last one we had - the last chance of a pregnancy, because at 44 we were not going through IVF again.

"I believe it was meant to be. But those three months, between September and November, were a real roller coaster."
