Tyra Banks has confirmed a Coyote Ugly sequel is in the works, 20 years after the original.

The 46-year-old model and TV host, who played Zoe in the original 2000 cult classic, said she and actress Maria Bello (bar owner Lil), are talking about making a sequel or reboot to the much-loved film.

Speaking on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Banks said: "I literally was supposed to be on a conference call today about bringing Coyote Ugly back."

"We were supposed to be on a call today, and I'm talking to you and I can’t talk to them. Yes, we are talking about trying to do Coyote Ugly 2 or a series," she said.
